Comes in 2 sachets each sachet makes 24 portions which is too many for me so I weigh each sachet and use 1/2 a sachet you will also need milk and double cream. One of my favourite desserts which I serve with raspberry sauce. **Q: do u need single or double cream for this** A: We use double cream, as in the recipe. This is not a diet food. It was a lifesaver for my Father in the last stages of his illness, as it was appetising and calorific and very easy to eat.
