Just received this massager and thus far I love it! Really get's the knots out, a fantastic deep tissue massager. If you prefer light massages, this isn't the machine for you. It arrived in good condition. It does have some pretty strong good massage but it had no heat ever. It lights up like there might be heat but there is definitely no heat. After having it for a couple months it now will not shut off if it's plugged in. So you have to unplug and plug it back in every time. It also no longer does reverse. I bought it because it was more expensive and I wanted it to be better than the other products out there however it's not.
