**Q: How long do you have to leave it in for**
A: I personally left it in my hair for the amount of time it took to wash my body from the neck down and then to rince my body down. I would say give it at least 5 to 10 minutes in your hair it will feel very Cooling at the same time

A: Yes. Though consider washing lightly with a "regular" shampoo, just the hair not the scalp, between the Selsun and the conditioner.
