I am 5'7" and about 175 right now and the XL fits perfectly. The fabric is not see thru, not quite as silky feeling as I'd hoped but it still feels nice. These are very comfortable to wear. The only thing that may be an issue for some is that after wearing for several hours these rode up all the way to my bra line, it didn't bother me but it might for some. I love the pattern but I found it to look different in person than in the pictures.
