Becuase the instructions in the book are hard to follow (if complete in instruction at all). And bring your own tools. They have alomst everything you need. Love the color quality 10/10. Not a really high or really low gear, so not going to be climing steep hills or going super fast. Do not turn sharp you will overturn. The seat's back can feel like it's pushing you off the seat, however you can bend it backwards with a strong person's grip or replace the seat with somthing more comfortable if this one doesn't fit you right. You can do long distances on clean hard surfaces with ease.
