An exact replacement check valve was impossible to find (3/4" male port into the tank, 1/2" male port from the pump, and 1/8" female port to the unloader). I found a common replacement check valve with a similar configuration, but different sized ports (1/2" male port to the tank, 3/8" male port from the pump), and this reducer worked perfectly to connect the new check valve into the 3/4" tank hole.
