Review: AWFUL PACKING for an awesome product - I have been buying this peanut butter every three or four months for a couple of years now. This time, however, it came with the glass bottle broken and with the peanut butter on the flimsy bubble wrap and the paper (!) bag. I got a refund, and was asked to re-order, which I did. Four days later, the delivery associate called me to say peanut butter was leaking through the package. Would I mind if they returned the item themselves and saved me the trouble of filing a return request? No, I said. desertcart verified separately that I was indeed behind the return. Now waiting for a replacement. The peanut butter itself is my favourite. It is smooth, doesn't have any sugar or other additives, and tastes excellent. Once in a way I found the solids separated from the oil, and I've had to use a knife to churn it back to a more even consistency, but otherwise this has been an excellent pb. USE A BOX AND PLENTY OF BUBBLEWRAP WHEN PACKING, PLEASE. Update: Got the third bottle safely. They had put a hard cardboard wrap around the bubblewrap, and that made the difference. But a cardboard box would have been best. By the way, I have also eaten peanut butter in the US, often getting it made right in front of me at Wegman's. This tastes just as good, as far as I can remember.
