It is mandatory for you to provide isotonic drinks to your body to keep your performance optimal. This provides body fast digesting carbohydrates along with electrolytes. It is very beneficial if you mix it with your post workout whey protein. This product is excellent. Tastes amazing. Cheap cost. My only complain is this does comes with a measuring scoop and the packaging could have been Better, the zip lock opens on its own. Exposing powder which causes it to catch moisture from the air

TASTE IS GOOD!! I had taken this before also from my Trainer and he took 550rs from me i got this in 459rs only... 1 spoon is available inside, 1 full spoon of this with 1 L of water to be intaken...! Beware of the Expiry Date and Price tag, Mine is 4-5 months left it will be over in a month...
