Will it make noise from wind?** A: For safe travel, we recommend driving at no more than 65 mph (105 km/h). Secure and tuck all straps with Velcro to prevent wind noise. **Q: How big is this roof bag? Will it block the rear hatch?** A: The bag size is 51”L × 39”W × 17”H. Make sure your roof surface is over 53"x41" to avoid blocking the rear hatch. **Q: How many suitcases can this roof bag hold?** A: This roof cargo bag holds 4 to 6 pieces of 24-inch suitcases. **Q: Can I use this roof bag over my sunroof? Will it block the sunroof?** A: For better use, we don’t recommend using it on cars with sunroofs without a roof basket. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ask yourself: what’s more valuable than peace of mind on the road? *by D***R on 14 June 2025* Protection & Durability: This rooftop cargo bag offers great protection for everything inside. It rained in excess of 4 hours one way and 2 hours back, with no evidence of leakage whatsoever. As it was hard to visualize during the initial product comparison, I'm glad I purchased the 20ft² carrier instead of the 15ft² (Go bigger.. always!) These units will definitely fit the roof of a Mini as well.. not that we used it on this rental.. just a good-to-know observation. Regardless of the fact we used a rental vehicle, a protective non-slip mat for the roof, under the unit is highly suggested.. as a just-in-case scenario. The zipper system and velcro flap that covers it seem solid. I did find it tricky to start either side's zippers when closing. So I'd highly recommend not to fully open zippers and stop about 8 inches before reaching the "fully" unzipped position. Following this advice will not impede storage in the least. I do have to mention that you will have to get creative with the included bag for the carrier, as after the initial unpacking.. you will NEVER get it folded as skillfully back in. As a side note, in the provided instruction manual, you are told that you should not put live pets into the carrier. Sage advice indeed. I'd also suggest that it is unsuitable for unalive pets as well. ## Frequently Bought Together - Sailnovo Car Rooftop Cargo Carrier Roof Bag, 20 Cubic feet Waterproof Roof Cargo Carrier fit car with/Without Luggage Rack - Vehicle Soft Shell Roof Cargo Box with Tie-Down Strap, Safety Hook - RACOONA Roof Rack Pads, 51"x43" Roof Cargo Bag Protective Mat, Black, Soft Shell, Universal Fit, Not Water Resistant - RoofPax 6 Rooftop Cargo Tie Down Hook Straps for Strapping Down Any Car Top Luggage.
