That really IS fabric in the classic sense. Looks like it. Feels like it. But sadly that brand doesn't seem to offer the side zipper option any more so I took a gamble on Univivi as suggested by desertcart to be a "similar item". All that being said, it is still a functional garment bag with a side zipper design. So in the end, 4 stars for being adequate but, in my honest opinion, slightly misleading in their product description. I'd suggest dropping the "high quality" modifier. On the plus side, it's probably water repellant as the "fabric" most resembles that of a cheap tent.
