This is better priced because you are getting a refill, and they don't have to make another container for the floss: you just reuse it. How obvious, yet I don't see many brands doing this. That's why this is my number 2 floss right now because they are reusing the container. The container needs a little bit of work, so that's the only con. Some parts came off when I tried to refill it, and I had to put it back on, so no biggy, but they gotta work on that. I also would prefer for them to use non-nano hydhroxyapatite. I am a little bit less strict about my Waterpik: I wish I had more time for everything you're supposed to do on a daily basis for your teeth, but with floss, I feel compelled to floss after almost every meal, so I know a lot about floss, and this one is a good contender.
