After purchasing it, we spent months trying to register the kit, only to repeatedly receive errors. When we finally contacted customer support, we were told the registration code had already been used and was apparently linked to someone else’s account. This means the kit we paid for was completely unusable through no fault of our own. Since the package had already been opened while trying to complete the registration process, we were left with an expensive product that could not be used. Customer service offered no real solution or accountability for the issue, despite this clearly appearing to be a problem with the kit or its registration system. If registration codes can already be assigned to someone else, there needs to be a better process to protect customers from receiving unusable kits. I would strongly recommend buying directly from a different manufacturer or a trusted source, or at the very least confirming the company’s policy before purchasing.
