Once I had run these for a few days and got everything calibrated and positioned the sound is amazing! For music I use desertcart Music HD and favor the Ultra HD tracks which either have 24 bits 96 to 192 kHz. I also use a U turn Orbit Special turntable with Ortofon 2M Red cartridge. From both music sources I get really clear balanced sound reproduction. Good punchy bass, smooth midrange and crisp highs. Initially I thought the highs were too bright but after the break in they are much smoother and warmer. I have tried a range of genres from jazz and classical to Pink Floyd and Daft Punk. The speakers have been more than capable of handling whatever I’ve thrown at them. For movies and TV the surround sound is very good. The subwoofer provided good bass that you can feel in your guts or shake the house if you want to.

I am very impressed with these speakers. The break in period makes a big difference. As does calibration in your amp/receiver. Once I had run these for a few days and got everything calibrated and positioned the sound is amazing!
