A key highlight of the SupermyQ is its Direct Voice Command feature. Very disappointed with the product quality and service. The PCB has already failed twice within just 1.3 years of purchase, which is completely unacceptable for a reputed brand. This raises serious concerns about the durability and reliability of the product. Additionally, the customer support experience has been poor.
