It feels very secure and I know the weight of teh tablet wont make it slowly droop to the floor.The grips that hold the tablet on are nice and secure as well. I don't worry about those at all, but the ball grip connection that locks the tablet holder to the neck is not strong. It's pretty easy to pop the tablet holder off the neck even when the cap is in place.The clamp works really well to hold it onto my treadmill.
