Customer service worked with me and we came to a reasonable solution. They were very polite and quick to respond.I do have to give some kudos since it came a couple weeks earlier than expected. That being said, the color scheme of what I ordered and the item I got don't match at all. I ordered the red wine style top hood with a light grey center and a dark grey bottom. I received a bright red hood, with a white middle and a light grey bottom. I'm really bad with white so I'm afraid I'm going to ruin it right away. It is however very warm and thick. It still looks cute and the proportions fit well. ORDER A SIZE UP. I am a small and I had to order medium and it only barley cuts it. It hugs the waist and wrists pretty tight. I asked all of my coworkers what color they thought it was and every single one of them said green. I am returning it today. It’s also cheaply made (several loose strings hanging off of it) so $25 is a a steep price for it.
