My patient is quite large and the belt needed to be a little longer in order to go around and get a good pull. Also tried to use it as padding for the thinner but longer gait belt. Did not work. But it was not designed for that. Another however, I was able to use it twice to help her get situated. Could not use it to help get her up after a fall ... BUT that was primarily because of her bad knees. The 911 crew used it as an anti-skid when getting her up off the floor. So it has served it's purpose, but I don't believe in what it was designed for. I still owe you for it cause I tried to return it but you said keep it and refunded my money anyway.
