**Q: Whats the recommended amount to use per day?**
A: A small amount, just enough to rub a bit into the affected area, once or twice a day. I believe it actually CURED my eczema ... better than the prescriptions from the dermatologist. (That's only my perception, of course. I'm not a doctor. But the eczema, which I'd had a long time, disappeared soon after I started using the Gold Bond eczema cream.)

**Q: does this work on hands**
A: Yes, Need to use 2 to 3 times a day and before going to bed. I have psoriasis and this cream works the best.

**Q: Can you use this as a mosturizer on your face?**
A: I have seen people with eczema on the face. I would imagine this product is designed to be used on your face as well. But I would go to GoldBondultimate.com and ask them to be sure.

**Q: What are the "three vitamins"? I don't see any vitamins listed anywhere on the tube or in the ingredients.**
A: Vitamins have several chemical forms so they list the specific form they use in the ingredients rather than just the name of the vitamin. For some vitamins the different forms can have different effects or strengths, which I think is why they list the form. (I do wish they’d list both though.) From this ingredient list, Tocopheryl Acetate is vitamin E, magnesium ascorbyl phosphate is vitamin C, and Panthenol is vitamin B5. Hope this helps!

I originally bought this cream for my husband. I started using it on a patch of rough skin on my cheeks. It worked so well that I decided to try it on my sun darkened spots. I have been using it for the past 6 months and see a tremendous difference in my sun spots. So much lighter now. I also use it for rosacea on my upper chest just below my neck. I cannot praise it enough. Highly recommend

I have discoid Eczema - so as those who know this a very stubborn form of eczema that mainly affects the arms and legs...and being well over 6ft tall I have to maintain a vast area of skin against flareups and to avoid overuse of prescribed steroid creams. This product has a heavier full bodied consistency and more than other colloidal creams I have used. It absorbs well and isn't heavily viscous and I have found it doesn't stain bedding or clothing. For me it has work better to relieve symptoms than other well known comparitive brands. This is a US product so I guessing the price in the UK is reflective of import costs. That said it is the one I have found most effective for me, so I am grateful for that.
