Review: 5+ chair and a 5+ company - This chair is a 5+! We got rid of those over-stuffed, huge recliners and replaced them with this chair. Actually we bought 2 of these. Very comfortable as it has a lot of back support. Wonderful company to do business with. The shipping box had been opened. It wasn't taped, just had the flats tucked inside themselves. I'm sure the company didn't do that. It was FedEx who delivered them that caused the problem. The footstool base was scratched as the packing was torn. I contacted the company and absolutely no hassle, they had a new piece sent to me which I received 1 week after I let them know.
