I was overwhelmed with work and life pressures to point of freezing and I went there as part of an effort to make some healthy changes. I thought I'd get a multi-vitamin, work out more and drink more water. The shop attendant had experience with Theanine Serene with Relora and she highly recommended it to calm my present state. I went to my car and took it with a protein bar and within 15 minutes I was ready to tackle my next task without any hang up. It was erie and amazing. I took it for 3 years, it helped my sleep and my high stress job was more than manageable. I stopped when I got pregnant with great hesitation, but something about pregnancy and breastfeeding kept my nerves at bay. I was pregnant or breastfeeding for the next 8 years and when I weened my 4th my nervous system lost it's ever loving mind. At that time, this wasn't my end all be all, so I went searching for other fixes. I spent 4 years trying to address different things to fix it and recently discovered it's definitely ADHD exacerbated by the noise and demands of raising small children and running multiple businesses...During the years of chasing solutions, I learned a lot of very valuable tools to help with emotional regulation, Nervous system regulation, Self control, Self Care and developed a lot of very healthy habits and a tool box to manage myself. I still found myself overstimulated, irritable, overwhelmed, unable to think and often stuck in those states no matter what I did to help it. Never able to "Come down". Waking in a state of alert. A seemingly constant headache. Decision fatigue the minute I opened my eyes. Always at the end of my rope. I decided to loop back around and try Theanine Serene with Relora paired with everything I learned to manage myself. WOW, Yes! If I decide to relax, I do. I take 2 in the evening or before bed. On really challenging days circumstantially, I will take one with lunch if it's been a tough morning. I wake without overwhelm or dread. WHEN things get overstimulating, I step out to ground myself and it works! When I choose to focus, I do. When I exhale and do breathing exercises, I feel the stress melt away and can be focused in the present with a little work...I feel myself calm down. I still need to know what I need and I need to take the time to address it, but with Theanine Serene with Relora....my efforts in dealing with myself are effective and I'm MUCH less reactive. I have also tried it without Relora at a few junctures and it hasn't worked as well.
