If like me & plenty of others after hours of online research looking for help, & you use a Mac do not install the “Free Plugin Alliance” plugins because it’s almost impossible to get rid of them & at the start up of the DAW software (I use Pro Tools) it wants you to either buy other plugins (about 120) or active them! After all, it is a Presonus product **Q: Will this work with Premiere Pro video editing software?** A: I've tried AtomSQ with Premiere Pro as MCU and it works perfectly well. So, although I don't have Faderport, chances are it will as well. **Q: Has anyone tried this with Vegas Pro video software. There seem to be drivers in the software which reference this unit but nothing on specs or sites.** A: As well as native support for Studio One DAW (included), the FaderPort features HUI and MCU (Mackie Control Universal) emulation for use other DAWs etc. We would recommend to check whether the software you are using supports one of these protocols.
