I will be the first to admit it took me a while to pull the trigger on this. I guess when you've been using the plunger/scrub brush combo (ew) for so long you just stick with it. Finallyyy got this last month and will never go back. Cleaning is SO easy now. The handle itself is so light and easy to remove. I was nervous about the click/removability of the pad but it really is as easy as just sliding the button to drop it in the trash. Genius! There is 0 touching involved. The size is perfect for the bathroom. I didn't realize just how much space aforementioned combo was taking up until I made this switch. Narrowly fits next to the toilet, and there's no smell because it's not sitting in toilet water! I was shocked at how much cleaner is on the pad - it is loaded and the application is a breeze. You can scrub and really suds up the bowl - we have a weird shaped / narrow toilet so I was initially worried about the compatibility and whether or not it would work around but the cleaning head is versatile and compatible with our toilet. Not to mention, if a guest feels the need to *ahem* clean up the bowl there is no evidence. Clean, dump in trash, and done. No obviously wet/dripping toilet brush to rat you out. Overall, I think it's a great value. You only buy the base once and the refills last us a long time because to be honest the toilet only really needs a good scrub once a week or in an *emergency* - we use a stamp to maintain day to day.
