Review: Great taste with great benefits - I’ve been taking this daily, not just for the health benefits but for the taste too. It is best after brewing for about 2 minutes, not any longer. As someone who enjoys English breakfast tea, I find the taste very tolerable and would highly recommend. Given the caffeine content, which I find to have a much better impact on me than coffee in terms of side effects, I only have a cup in the morning and maybe another around midday. No later than that or else you won’t sleep in the evening. All round great taste.
