Adults can’t sit comfortably as the seats are so low and the canopy is so low you can’t sit under it. The fabric looks cheap too. Had great difficulty arranging a collection day as they only do weekdays between 7 and 7 and can’t specify a time. I spoke to an advisor and was promised a call back from a manager. I never got one. I left voicemails and sent emails outlining my issues and requesting to speak to a manager, again, nobody contacted me.
