A: All Koda Farms products are non-GMO verified according to their web site.  Also the state of California bans the cultivation of GMO rice.  So the answer is yes, this product is non-GMO.

**Q: How many cups of mochiko in each box?  thank you!**
A: *** 2.8 cups. *** (there are 45 tbsp per box). No guessing here. i actually looked on the box.

**Q: Is this product made from white or brown rice?**
A: White. There is brown rice flower out there, but if you want perfect mochi or dongo you have to use this type of flower or otherwise yuck.

**Q: Is this sticky rice flour?  Mochi flour?**
A: It is SWEET rice flour for making mochi.
