Amazon limits their orders but the other sellers not. The last day for order chocolates is April 15th. **Q: Do these melt really well? I need bittersweet chocolate for a cheesecake and the chips are much cheaper than the bar.** A: These chips melt very quickly and smoothly in a Bain Marie. I prefer using them to the bars and, I agree, the chips are less expensive. A lot of the chips had melted together. I was surprised to read the other comments that there was an ice pack with it.
