Review: Amazing so far... - I have suffered from seasonal allergies for the last 15 years. Come November, I would start reacting to pollen and pollution and have sneezing attacks. They would lead to additional symptoms like burning eyes and wheezing while breathing, and finally, a full blown episode of allergic bronchitis. It would then be time for me to start antiallergic medicines, bronchodilators and sometimes , when things got too much, resort to steroids. This year, I decided to try something different. I had heard a lot about the properties of Curcumin. I did additional research on Vitamin C , and starting this November, I am on two capsules of Curcumin and one tablet of Vitamin C 500 mg. The results have been amazing. Not one sneezing episode , breathing is normal and no respiratory trouble of any kind. I aim to keep to this regimen all through the year. I don't normally write reviews of the stuff I buy online, but this experience has been so good that I felt compelled to write one. I strongly recommend this brand to those with my kind of allergy driven respiratory problems.

**Q: Why haven't you added bioperine to your curcumin? It boosts the effectiveness**
A: Piperine is added to curcumin to increase its absorption.  Piperine block of CYP class of enzymes in the liver which metabolise curcumin after absorption into its metabolites. Long term effects of  blockage are undesirable as these enzymes are essential for body’s clearance of xenobiotics, pollutants and toxic chemicals.  This leads to a lot of side effects on long term use of piperine.
In BCM95, we are able to increase the bioavailability of curcumin by addition of natural essential oil of turmeric which gives 7X more curcumin and also retains it in the body at significant levels even at 8 hrs post oral dosing.

Joint Rescue contains Boswellia Serrata Extract & Curcumin BCM-95 and is beneficial in Joint Pains.Where as Daily Defense contains only Curcumin BCM-95.
Daily Defense is beneficial enhances immunity and also an anti-inflammatory but is not as much helpful in joint pain as Joint Rescue.

It's a good product in fact the only one with bcm95 patent tech. So absoption is much better and do have it after meal for absoption. Great anti ontioxidant
