When I got it the only way to charge was to take the back off because the plug on the cable was too short. The seller sent me another that was a bit longer and worked sometimes. Even with plastic screen overlay the screen is all scratched up and I have only had the phone a month. Not enough memory to install no more than 3 at a time. If I could return this thing I would. Also, the plastic around the charging port is all chewed up. Cheap plastic, cheap phone that is full of all kinds of bugs.
