Review: I bought this plane last year. I've wanted once since I was a kid and finally got around to buying one. The gyroscopic stabilizer is great. Beginner is pretty fail proof, intermediate allows you to do some tricks and fly tighter turns while still being forgiving. Expert is hard, but I'm also no pro. The ailerons are a huge factor in making this great. A friend bought one without them and it's much less fun. Something to note, I have flyed a lot and gotten pretty good, but I have crashed mine probably 50 times flying in too small of an area in my backyard, a few at full speed. It held up very well and I was surprised how long it lasted before a crack. After many many head on collisions it did eventually crack the foam in the nose, but was easily repaired with some clear gorilla glue. Still flies great after the repair. If your more careful than me and fly in fields I would not be surprised if it never breaks. The prop is pretty durable and pops off if crashed. This is good since the prop won't break. The downside is it can be easy to loose them. As soon as we put it out for the first run, it flew straight and kept going and we lost it. It never returned like it was supposed to with control settings that we followed the directions. Used it for 30 seconds. I was not able to get my money back. **Q: What is the wing span in inches?** A: 24” wing 18” length **Q: Will my spektrum dx5e work with the ranger 600?** A: No, I'm sorry it must work with our Radio. **Q: Can the 4 channel sport cub 500 accept a higher mah battery that is also 3.7v? i'm trying for longer flight time with more mah** A: Yes, you can. I had Ranger 600 by VolantexRC (the same set of batteries and transmitter as yours), so I bought 5 additional batteries with 700 mAh. The only remember: the battery with more capacity has more weight and size.
