There's a lot of confusion about this in general in the market, not just connected to condoms. Frequently components of products are made overseas and then it is just the final assembly of the product that occurs in the United States. This is common with a lot of products, especially electronics and cars, but also common for condoms. I do not know the details of the product that you purchased -- you did not buy them from us, as I checked -- but it is entirely possible this is what you are referring to, that the condom or lubricant was made in Thailand, but the assembly of condom, lubricant, foil sealed inner package, cardboard outer package, occurred in the USA. Hence "Made in USA" but components made elsewhere. I might add that the factories in Thailand are excellent, and there isn't a single factory making actual condoms (the latex part) in the entire United States.
