It is thin - maybe around 1/16" but definitely thicker than bandages so it works well. I have cut it into the sizes I need whenever my mom gets a pressure sore. Thank God she has healed up and these really help her heal much faster. **Q: Is this latex free?** A: Yes the hydrocolloid bandage is latex free.
