As soon as it arrived I opened it, put it on the floor and stood on it. Turns out I've lost twenty pounds in about 2 months, I went from195.8lbs to 176.1lbs, not bad, eh? My goal is about 155lbs, I know that still sounds like a lot, but for me it's not. At that weight I'll have a flat tummy. I've already got my thin, shapely legs back, and my backside is back to what I had in my twenties, woohoo! Anyway, back to the scale... I love this thing!
