It just made sense to be able to put the TV away and out of sight as it is not the focal point of the room. This was a perfect solution for our viewing area. The lift worked exactly as advertised for a couple of months and then it started to fail. The remote would not control the lift unit reliably and ultimately stopped functioning with the TV in the upmost position. I contacted VIVO customer support. They were very prompt, kind, and helpful. They walked me through all the support reset checks and we finally decided that the motor in the lift had failed. With NO HESITATION they offered to send me a complete replacement. I will definitely work with this company in future. This is a good product and works as advertised. The company stands behind their product and genuinely cares.
