Review: Great sound and Amazing customer service! - I sent for these as a second set of earbuds for a previously purchased Avantree Bluetooth transmitter for use with the TV. Having charged them initially they worked fine for a couple of hours the same evening before switching them off and putting them away. Next morning the battery was flat so again they were charged. They connected fine and worked well for about half an hour before the left bud faded to the point it was hardly audible. The battery was again flat the next morning so I contacted customer support. In less than twenty four hours I was answered by a very pleasant lady called "Sunshine". There were a few questions to answer in relation to the problem I was having and that was all. A replacement set was sent out to me and these work fine. I am most grateful for the excellent service I received, all sorted within a week. Thank you!!! A full five stars for this!
Review: Good headphones with great battery life - I have been using these headphones for 4 years. I am on my 3rd set. I tend to use them for several hours a day while cycling and travelling on public transport. I average around 8h a day. Sound quality is good, head phone comfort as well. But the best aspect is the battery life. I charge the head phones overnight and they last the whole day. The latest headphones failed after a few months. I contacted the supplier, who arranged for a replacement under the 2 year warranty. Very straight forward.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Confused.com? does this product come with a bluetooth transmitter or not. answers below seem to vary yes/no**
A: This appears to be a stand alone set of ear phones. I did purchase a set of Bluetooth head phones that came with a base unit that plugged into the TV. I also purchased a stand alone set to connext.to.said base unit as a.second.set. The one illustrated appears to be the later.

**Q: Are these earphones suitable for use with a metal detector please, and are they easy to pare.**
A: They are easy to pair but I don't know about metal detectors, soryy.

**Q: How far can I be away from the phone and still hear everything without glitc**
A: I can go into my kitchen or to the bathroom and still hear the tv sounds..... that's about 10 yards. (I live in a small bungalow!!!) Hope this helps. I am really happy with my earphones.

**Q: Can i watch tv with this bluetooth earbuds nb16?**
A: Yes, if your TV has Bluetooth function, then you can directly pair them with your TV. Otherwise, you need a Bluetooth transmitter to work with, in such case, we recommend HT4186 - https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B07GDDL99H.
