Its not like most workout videos where the dancers had months in advance to learn all of the moves properly. It feels like I'm in class with them and were all learning together. I love twerkshaker it's so much fun and challenging. I haven't done booty and bands yet but I start tomorrow I can't wait. I love Nicole's personality and energy she is a lot of fun. Nicole knows her stuff! You will be having fun throughout the entire video while getting a good burn in. You will feel the pain in your body. Especially in the core, legs, thighs, hamstrings, knees and glutes. I never struggled with not having a big booty I've always had one. I just want to tone mines up more and get my butt to be rounder and to work on my core. I'm on my weight loss journey and I have lost weight but I still have some ways to go. I have included Nicole's workout into my exercise regimen and I can already see and feel the difference. I also have a clean eating regimen as well. I can twerk a little bit better too now i know what muscles to control and i'm getting the isolation down pack. I'm super excited and I can't wait to see my progress over the next couple of months. My fitbit starts showing the fireworks display and vibrating (at 10,000 steps) while I'm dancing. That just makes me dance even more energetically. Then, I break into a big smile!!! Yeah Buddy. This video works for me!Modifications are available to make it tougher or easier. This is great because somedays I feel more energetic than other days.Sometimes I do the workout right before bed (especially if I've only racked up 7000+ steps that day. Poof - I'm over 10,000 steps in no time. Then I shower and sleep like a baby. Oh yes...you will break a good sweat...even if you use the modifications.I just started this week, but I plan to take a few 'before and after' pictures.Are there other Tone and Twerk DVD's? We've enjoyed dance workouts the best. When I came across this one, I thought it could be a lot of fun. My husband's family genes came with some serious backside, so 2 of my other girls can really shake that booty.
