Easy assembling if you have a little bit of brain. I rode this bike the entire last summer, and it was not just clean strait roads, 50% of my bike-trip was through the forest and this bike pass the challenge just perfectly. Cool suspension by the way. I had only 2 problems so far. 1st its a sit. your ass probably will hurt after 2 hours riding in forest, so you can basically just buy other sit for you, and 2nd problem its a huge spring in the middle of bike was making squeaky sound, easy fixed by grease. They are either so tight that they create excessive friction and make the bike exhausting to use, or so loose that they barely function, which is a serious safety concern. No matter how much I adjusted them, I could never find a setting that worked properly.The gears are another major issue. They make a significant amount of noise while riding and clearly require adjustment right out of the box. A new product should not arrive with these kinds of basic mechanical problems.The most frustrating part, however, has been the seller’s customer service. Despite the obvious issues, they refused to accept a return unless I paid for the return shipping. When a product arrives with defects or serious quality issues, customers should not be expected to bear the cost of returning it.Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I regret purchasing this product and would strongly recommend that anyone considering it look elsewhere. There are far better options available, and buying this one may leave you stuck with a product that doesn’t work as advertised and is difficult to return.
