So if you want to mix it in Milk , please  add jaggery at the end and do not keep the milk on the flame for a long time after adding it.Also  switch off the flame while mixing jaggery and milk. The acidity in the jaggery will curdle the milk if they boil together. 4) I fell in love with its packaging which is completely bio-degradable . A relief from all other commercial plastic packet death-beds options.5) This Jaggery seems to be collected directly by farmers . This is handmade and not manufactured in a commercial plant , which means buying this is also going to support those village farmers directly.Cons :1) I am not sure how long this will be available after the jaggery season . I just wish they maintain enough stocks.2) There is no bulk pagaging available ( 2 kg – 5 kg)3) I wish this gets available soon with organic certification also , though that may increase its price.Overall hats off to Green Canteen on launching a product which reminds me of my childhood days & a taste of real raw sugarcane jaggery !
