I'm 5'3, 130 #. I normally wear a 6, and size 7 worked great for me allowing for shrinkage. **Q: Where are these manufactured?** A: They are manufactured in Thailand. **Q: Do these have material cover over the waist band ?** A: Yes waistband is covered but panties shrunk in first wash. I suggest buying a size bigger than you would normally buy. **Q: Do the actual panties say 100% organic cotton or just 100%cotton?** A: The tag itself doesn't say organic but they do have organic on the packaging. They are the best price and most comfortable I have been able to find that doesn't have a synthetic fiber blend. Most organic ones I have found have 5% spandex and it causes me breathability issues. These ones keep me comfortable with no issues.
