What a great value. The price is great when compared to similar products, and it is a very effective tool. The grip angle is comfortable. The ability to cut in both directions of motion makes going through bigger pieces much easier. While I haven't had a chance to use it but a few times so far, I tried it on several pieces that were about 6 inches in diameter mostly to see how it did. It was great! I bought the saw mostly for use in camping and backpacking as it is light enough and compact enough to fit behind the side pockets with my axe or hatchet on the other side.I judge a company not just by the products, but also by the customer service when an issue arises. My saw came in great, but the belt buckle attachment was broken upon receipt. To be clear, the saw and scabbard was completely usable, but I wanted the option to carry the saw on my belt when at camp looking for and gathering firewood. Bailey in customer service took my email and responded the same day. I received a complete replacement that she processed the same day! Within a few days, I received the replacement. Their response was beyond what would have been necessary. They clearly were making a point that they stand behind their products and will do what it takes to get good honest feedback. That's what I call great customer service. I would recommend this company and this saw to anyone.I'll also comment that this saw will come in extremely useful to throw in the truck when I might need one, and around my property for trimming and pruning as you might imagine.
