The packaging is very barebones (opaque plastic bag). The mask itself is very lightweight. The inside feels smooth on the face whereas the outside fabric has a fleece-like texture. The mask uses a Velcro strap rather than a buckle and feels durable. Light blocking is very good but not perfect. Even with the nose flap, you can still see a sliver of light leaking in from the bottom of the mask if you are in a lit room but at night I don't notice it.
