The cover fabric is nice, the pillow material is breathable (unlike some memory foam pillows I own), and the spare cover is very convenient.The pillow itself was vacuum sealed, but when I unwrapped it, there was NO SMELL. I'm pretty shocked. Every memory foam product I owned had to be aired out in a separate room (with the windows open) to get rid of the smell. The cover itself is a nice fabric and the material is very breathable. It took about 20 minutes to get everything situated.The pillow has helped with my acid re-flux and is quite nice to position upright to read, watch tv, etc. It is quite a versatile product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Memory Foam Elevation Wedge Pillow *by J***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on September 24, 2018* Makes it easier to fall and stay asleep especially when you lay on your back.
