I did have an issue a couple years after installing it so called there tech support and I got sent to an actual person and someone obviously from the states that speaks English! Review: Perfect Temperature, Stable Hot Water for hours - When my large 80 gallon water heater started to show it's age after 18yrs of service it was time to change it out. After a lot of research and comparing models this was the best with all the features that i wanted. There is no difference in the time the hot water is turned on (still have to wait the same amount of time as with traditional tank hot water) and once the hot water reaches the faucet it stays hot. We have had a number of pool parties and when dinner time hits and it's time to shower (we have three showers) and all three are using hot water, this just produces hot water and never runs cold. We have taken those hour long showers after a hard day, and it never goes cold. we have filled up a hot tub with 130 degree water as a stress test with 450 gallons of hot water, and this just keeps on putting out hot water. No leaks since we have installed it a year ago since this review. You need to check with your electrician. Make sure he is state license and insured. We have installed a Tempra 29 and our electrician ran three 8/2's approx. 30' with no question. But check with your electrician and local codes. It maintains a constant water temperature and adjusts flow rate if necessary. Be sure to check the charts on the manufacturer's website to help you decide which model to purchase (based on winter incoming water temps where you live AND the demand for hot water including number of faucets and appliances that are likely to demand hot water at the same time).
