I'd say that it's a great product if you need to temporarily restrain a pet while you are around. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bought Two but Only One Remains *by B***S on August 25, 2023* Overall these are great for your taller pets, we bought two for our German Shepard for when we were at work while he was still a pup and didn't want him to get into anything or accidents on the carpet. These worked great and were very secure, adjusting and latching was simple and easy. The gates are mostly made of "wood" and seemed sturdy enough, we never set the tightness too strong to cause stress on the parts to break but one of the gates adjustment bars snapped and made it completely useless. The other gate is holding out great, though we rarely use it now that our dogs are grown and can be trusted alone in the house. These aren't bad products by any stretch, but I would caution on over tightening or on the adjustment bars longevity.
