I did the 5 lug and big conversion on my 99 accord 4cyl. Swapped out the entire front knuckles and rear knuckles. If you know your swaps, i got everything needed. So if the knuckles fit so does rest. You can literally take the entire suspension and swapp it. The sway bar is a good upgrade from the hondas. So to answer your question correctly. Yes it can im oredering a couple sets right now just to send in the picture to prove it.
