Upon receiving it it was folded up & creases were obvious but the directions stated to throw it in the dryer for 5 minutes. I did & the creases were gone & with the rug being on the warmer side once I laid it on my ceramic floor it literally laid in place. It didn’t move. It wasn’t stuck to the floor, it was wonderful adhesion so to speak & it doesn’t move from the floor unless I pick it up to shake debris from it. That’s an excellent quality. A door rug that doesn’t move. The most amazing thing about this rug is the amount of debris it picks up. It’s barely noticeable until I shake it. Then I’m shocked. The way the rug is weaved with the designs in place it picks up & holds the debris in place. I took pictures to give you a closer view of how deep the rug is designed. I love it. Yes! It’s absorbent! It’s durable. I’ve had it down for over 2 months. With a ton of foot traffic & a dog it’s shown zero wear & tear. It’s easy to spot clean if necessary.
