These books have had good reviews about the levels being what they state they are, and i havent found it to be otherwise. This book is a good shift from what shes been playing and uses both hands at the same time, unlike the 5 finger books. Its not so much that it would overwhelm someone approaching grade1 from beginners level. It gives her enough confidence to want to continue and enough to challenge her so she can work it out for herself with a bit of figuring out. A fab price and a fab buy. Just what was needed.
