A: The internal dimensions of the long shackle is 5.2cm * 1.9cm (length *width).

A: The inner size between the shackle bars is 0.8in * 2.01in.

**Q: Is it too big to go through a zip?**
A: Depends on the zip. Too big for normal clothing zip. Very good value though and smooth cogs

**Q: Code suddenly won't unlock it any more after several months of use. Is there a solution for this other than using bolt cutters?**
A: The shackle wasn’t long enough for me so I’ve never used it…. But I do know if ur using it outside it won’t last long at all….  We have really expensive ones outside on the farm gate and they still don’t always last long.

Reason quality. Easy to open. Reasonably secure. Unfortunately shank was not long enough for large Keter garden box. Easily returned for full refund.
