They are so comfortable straight out of the box.I have worn them on many a dog walk and can say they are definitely waterproof. We have walked through plenty of puddles and mud, my dog always finds the mud, and I've come home with dry feet. I've bought many a pair of waterproof boots where you come home with soaking wet feet just after walking through wet grass.They are easy to clean with a damp cloth, thankfully, so hopefully they will stay looking nice for longer.I think they are great quality, they are light weight but feel robust.I'm a size 7 and the 7 fit me perfectly. I've used them for hikes in both summer and winter and they continue to be supportive in all terrain. They're nice and light weight while being waterproof and functional. I also like that there's a wide range of colours available. Personally I went for the tan with red laces.
