Formatted it 3, 4 times by laptop and found no problems. It can be used as regular USB flash drive when voice recorder is not needed which is very good. I like small device. ### ⭐⭐ Did not receive storage as advirtised *by R***N on February 22, 2019* Per the description of the item on Amazon, I ordered a 16GB storage USB with 120 hours capable. The item arrived in packaging that appeared previously used, with dirt and debris inside of the packaging. Much to my surprise, the included directions and details of product stated the device only held 8GB of storage (or 90 hours of audio files). The device is pretty cool because its so small and easy to use. When you plug it in to your computer to play back the sound file, the quality to pretty decent! But due to my paying extra for greater amoung of storage and only receiving half of what I purchased, I give a two star rating.
