Review: Love these scooters! - Purchased two of these scooters for my wife’s 60th birthday. These scooters are a blast! I researched for over a month before I decided and I must say that I’ve not had one single issue, nothing at all like some of the negative reviews I read. Our pair of scooters are great. We take them with us almost everywhere we go. Perfect speed whether your in sport mode or cruise mode. I’m 6’ and 205lbs, and the scooter runs perfectly, even on hills. Now if you go up a real steep grade, your walking, but most hills and inclines your fine. The information on the app to connect your scooter is full of useful information. Our first ride was around Lake Michigan. We went 12.7 miles with an average speed of 15mph and used 48% of our battery. Better than I expected. Anyway, if your looking for a reliable scooter for a nice ride, this scooter will be fine!!

I am 49 years old and use this to get mail/packages and to go to the corner store. I do not perform stunts on this scooter, I keep it inside in a climate controlled space. I bought this Volpam scooter December 2024, and it is now September 2025. The scooter shows about 70 miles according to the app. The front planetary gears are grinding. If you don't know what that means then just know the scooter is broken. I contacted Volpam to see if I could buy a new hub but the customer service did not reply. This was a decent scooter when it worked. The 4 screws to the handlebar would come loose often. The battery had a decent range. Simply put, there are too many companies making these scooters to waste your hard earned money on this garbage. Keep shopping and avoid Volpam.
